Your idea. A clearer path to building it.

Discover how you can use AI to research an idea, build a digital product and reach the right customers. A free, practical lecture in Riga for people ready to explore what comes next.

No experience or programming skills required

Created especially for Ukrainians living in Latvia. Everyone interested in AI and new digital opportunities is welcome.

One idea. Seven connected steps.

AI becomes more useful when the pieces connect. Open a step to explore how a small team could develop a local service-booking idea — and which decisions still need a person.

01

Idea

Whose problem are you solving?

A practical example

Turn “I want an app” into a specific problem: local service providers lose enquiries when customers cannot request an appointment easily. Use AI to explore possible solutions, then choose one problem to investigate.

What you’ll understand

How to turn a broad idea into a clear customer problem and a first assumption to test.

02

Research

What do customers actually need?

A practical example

Compare existing booking options, draft questions for potential customers and organise interview notes. Check original sources and speak to real people: AI-generated personas cannot validate demand.

What you’ll understand

How to research an audience and competitors while separating evidence from guesses.

03

Strategy

What is the smallest useful offer?

A practical example

Define who the service is for, what it promises and what a first version needs. Start with a clear booking request flow before adding accounts, payments or a complex app.

What you’ll understand

How to choose a useful first product, a stronger offer and a realistic next step.

04

Build

How does a plan become something people can try?

A practical example

Explore a landing page and a simple booking prototype with AI-assisted coding. Connect copy, layout and form behaviour; review the code and test the customer journey before putting it in front of users.

What you’ll understand

How websites, apps, design and coding assistants fit together — even if you have never programmed.

05

Marketing

How will the right people find it?

A practical example

Develop a specific message, useful visuals and a channel hypothesis: search for existing demand, local partnerships for trust, or social content to explain the service. Choose based on the audience, then test.

What you’ll understand

How to connect audience research to messages, visuals, offers and marketing channels.

06

Launch

What should the first real users teach you?

A practical example

Invite a small group to try the booking flow. Look for unclear wording, failed requests and unanswered questions. Use their feedback to improve the experience before widening promotion.

What you’ll understand

How to launch a manageable first version and use feedback to decide what to improve.

07

Automation

Which repeated steps are worth connecting?

A practical example

Map an enquiry → a record → a draft reply → human approval. Decide who checks the information and what happens if a step fails before automating the hand-off.

What you’ll understand

How to identify useful automation, keep people in control and avoid automating a broken process.

An illustrative project journey, not a timed programme. The lecture connects these topics through practical demonstrations and discussion.

Leave with a better way to approach your project.

See the whole picture

Understand how business research, product development, design and marketing support each other. Spot where AI could remove repetitive work in your own situation.

Know what to try first

Learn how to narrow an idea into a small experiment, choose suitable tools and recognise what needs checking before spending more time or money.

Ask more useful questions

Bring a business idea, a daily bottleneck or simple curiosity. Use the examples to think through your audience, offer, product and next practical step.

AI + Business

Real tools. Practical examples. Room for questions.

See how an individual or a small team can use AI to move between research, planning, design, building and marketing more quickly. Demonstrations may include ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, VS Code and tools for visuals and automation. The focus is how they fit into useful work, with human judgement and testing throughout.

In two hours of demonstrations and discussion, you’ll get a practical overview of the process and a foundation for choosing what to explore next in your own project.

Come with an idea. Or come to find a direction.

  • Aspiring founders and people with a business idea
  • Startup teams and existing business owners
  • Freelancers and specialists exploring new services
  • Beginners and experienced people curious about AI
